Golden Class Limo provides chauffeured car, van and bus transportation for trade shows, conferences and corporate events at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center on Manhattan's far West Side.
The work is built around show weeks: hotel shuttles and staff runs in Sprinter vans for up to 14 from $316, mini buses and coaches for delegations from $1,635, and sedans or SUVs for executives and speakers from $128.
Unlike a stadium, the Javits Center does not empty all at once. Exhibitors, attendees and speakers arrive and leave on different days and at different times, so we plan transport as a schedule across the whole show and adjust it as each day unfolds.
Airport transfers to and from LaGuardia, Newark Liberty and JFK are tracked against the flight. Book online or call (718) 360-9383 to plan a show; we are available 24/7, 365 days a year.
Sedans and SUVs for executives and speakers, Sprinter vans for booth teams and hotel runs, mini buses and motor coaches for delegations and larger groups. Filter by class, or quote any vehicle from its card.

Trade shows and conferences at the Javits Center run over several days, with people coming and going on very different schedules.
The convention center fills the blocks between West 34th and West 40th Streets along the Hudson, at the western edge of Midtown. The 7 train stops nearby, but most hotels, offices and Penn Station are a long walk away, and finding a taxi on Eleventh Avenue at the end of a show day can take a while.
The pattern of a show week is spread out. Exhibitors arrive days early for move-in, booth staff travel each morning and evening, speakers fly in for a single session, executives dart out to client meetings, and move-out sends everyone to different airports on different flights.
Transport for that is a schedule, not a pickup. We coordinate shuttle loops from your hotels, airport transfers timed to each flight and cars on call for executives, so your team is not hunting for rides on Eleventh Avenue when the exhibit halls close.
Send the show dates, your hotels and the size of the team, and we will put together a schedule and a price.
Transport set out day by day for move-in, show days and move-out, agreed with your team before the show opens.
Scheduled runs between your hotels and the convention center at opening and closing, with extra trips as needed.
Booth staff, speakers and delegates met at LaGuardia, Newark Liberty or JFK, with every flight tracked.
Vehicles for pre-dawn move-in calls and late departures after the last meeting of the day.
A single contact for the exhibitor or organiser, who moves pickups and adds vehicles as the week changes.
A licensed New York transportation company with commercial insurance on every vehicle it schedules.
Show weeks usually need a mix of sizes. The larger shuttle vehicles are listed first, and we will help you combine them into one plan.
Daily shuttle loops between block hotels and the convention center, or a delegation travelling together to an off-site programme.
An exhibitor's booth staff travelling from the hotel each morning, with room for sample cases and hand-carried display items.
Speakers or executives with luggage coming from an airport to a Hudson Yards hotel, then on to their session.
A key client or senior executive who needs a car on call between the show floor and meetings in Midtown.
Indicative flat rates per trip. Multi-day shuttle schedules and on-call cars are quoted together once we have your dates, hotels and team size.

Vans and coaches are in demand when the largest shows are in town. Rates are fixed once the schedule is confirmed.
Ordinary-traffic ranges. Show-day congestion on Eleventh Avenue, the evening rush and tunnel queues all add time, and the schedule builds that in.

We cover every Manhattan neighbourhood, the other boroughs, New Jersey, Westchester and Long Island. Add your hotel for exact pricing.
A convention does not need one pickup at the end. It needs the right vehicle at the right door at many different times across the week.
Before the show we build the schedule with you: morning runs from each hotel to the convention center, cars for midday meetings, the wave of departures when the exhibit halls close, and later trips after client dinners. Each run has a vehicle, a time and a named contact.
During the show a coordinator watches that plan, moves pickups when a session overruns and adds a vehicle when more of the team turns up than expected. On move-out day the plan changes again, with staff leaving at staggered times for LaGuardia, Newark Liberty or JFK.
The person booking is usually an event manager, a travel coordinator or an exhibitor's operations lead, not the person riding.
For an exhibitor, a typical week covers airport pickups for the booth team, a Sprinter van each morning and evening between the hotel and the Javits Center, and a sedan on call for executives meeting clients around Hudson Yards. For an organiser it can mean coaches for off-site programmes or dedicated cars for speakers and senior guests.
All of it runs under one account with one invoice for the show, broken down by day if your finance team needs it. Companies that exhibit every year can keep the plan on file and adjust it for the next edition.

West along 42nd Street or down to 34th and across to Eleventh Avenue. The most common shuttle loop of a show week, run each morning and again when the halls close.
Price this routeCrosstown from the hotels and offices near Grand Central. Short on the map, slow at nine and at five, so exhibitor staff pickups are timed to the crosstown traffic.
Price this routeThrough the Lincoln Tunnel, which comes out a few blocks from the convention center, or the Holland. Many exhibitors book waterfront hotels in New Jersey and commute in each show day.
Price this routeAcross Queens and into Midtown. Booth teams landing the day before move-in go to the hotel first; speakers flying in on a show morning can go straight to the building.
Price this routeUp the Turnpike and through the Lincoln Tunnel, which puts Newark closer to the far West Side than its distance suggests. A frequent choice for international exhibitors.

Airport runs, shuttles and cars on call, coordinated by one team for the whole show.
The Jacob K. Javits Convention Center is at 429 Eleventh Avenue, stretching from West 34th Street to West 40th Street between Eleventh Avenue and the Hudson River. It is one of the largest convention centers in the United States and hosts trade shows, expos and conferences throughout the year.
The 7 train's 34 St-Hudson Yards station is a short walk away, but the building is otherwise a long walk from Penn Station and from most Midtown hotels. By road it sits beside the West Side Highway, a few blocks from the Lincoln Tunnel, with crosstown traffic on 34th and 42nd Streets feeding Eleventh Avenue.
A large show is a sequence of different days. Exhibitors and contractors arrive for move-in before the doors open, attendees come and go through each show day, the halls close in the late afternoon, and move-out brings its own rush of departures to hotels and airports.
Our Javits Center car service is planned against that sequence rather than a single event time. We map hotel locations, show hours, speaker slots and flight times with the organiser or exhibitor, then set shuttle loops, staff runs and on-call cars for each day, with a coordinator adjusting as plans change.
LaGuardia is usually the quickest airport at around 25 to 45 minutes. Newark Liberty is roughly 35 to 60 minutes, helped by the Lincoln Tunnel exiting close to the convention center, and JFK about 45 to 75 minutes. We track every arrival and can hold bags or cases in the vehicle when a team goes straight to the building.
Yes. For multi-day shows we run 14-passenger Sprinter vans or mini buses on a set loop between your hotels and the convention center, typically in the morning before the halls open and again when they close, with extra runs for speakers or late meetings.
Yes. We meet booth teams, speakers and delegates at LaGuardia, Newark Liberty or JFK, track each flight and take them to their hotel or straight to the Javits Center. For departures on move-out day we schedule pickups around each person's flight.
Pickup and drop-off locations around the building can change between shows and are set by the venue's traffic arrangements for each event. We confirm the current points before your show and share them with your team, so everyone knows where to meet their vehicle.
Yes, for cases, boxed samples and hand-carried display items that fit in a passenger vehicle. Pallets, crates and large freight go through the show's appointed freight arrangements rather than through us, so we plan passenger transport around those delivery times.
Usually 10 to 20 minutes by car, across to Eleventh Avenue on 42nd or 34th Street. At the start and end of show hours crosstown traffic slows, so shuttle departures are timed with a margin.
Yes. A sedan or SUV can be kept on call for executives or key clients, moving them between the show floor, meetings around Hudson Yards and Midtown, and their hotel as the day requires, all under the same show booking.
We schedule for it. Shuttle vehicles are staged and ready before the halls close, each group is told which vehicle and meeting point to use, and a coordinator dispatches additional runs if more people leave at once than expected.
Yes. Move-in and move-out follow different hours from show days, with staff arriving early and leaving late or heading straight to the airport. We build those days into the schedule separately so exhibitor teams have vehicles when they actually need them.
For an individual attendee staying near a subway line, the 7 train to 34 St-Hudson Yards works well. Exhibitor teams carrying cases, speakers on tight timings and delegations staying in several hotels usually find a scheduled shuttle or car far more reliable across a busy show week.
The whole show goes on one account and one invoice, with a breakdown by day, vehicle or cost center if your finance team needs it. Exhibitors who attend the same show every year can keep their schedule on file and adjust it for the next edition.
We will quote the week at no charge.
