How our pricing works
Airport transfers and common routes are quoted as flat rates with tolls and standard fees included. Anything open-ended — a day of meetings, an event, an as-directed booking — is quoted hourly against a minimum.
Your final rate is confirmed at booking, once the exact addresses, date, time and vehicle are known — a pick-up in Queens and one in Greenwich are not the same trip even to the same airport. Enter your addresses in the quote widget on the home page for the price you will actually pay.

Zone-based: these are the Manhattan / NYC figures. Queens, Brooklyn, the Bronx and out-of-city pick-ups price differently, and the widget quotes the exact zone once a real address is entered.
Hourly and as-directed
For a day of meetings, an event, or anything without a fixed destination. Each vehicle carries an hourly rate and a minimum.

Hourly bookings are billed from the scheduled pick-up to the release of the vehicle. Tolls and parking on an as-directed day are billed at cost where they arise. Standard Mercedes Sprinter point-to-point transfers within Manhattan are a flat $200 base instead of hourly.
What is included in every rate
- All tolls and standard fees, quoted up front.
- Real-time flight tracking on every airport transfer.
- Complimentary wait time — 30 minutes after a domestic landing, 60 after an international one, 15 minutes elsewhere. Past that window, extra wait is billed at the vehicle’s hourly rate and added to the fare.
- A professional in-house chauffeur, never a broker’s contractor.
- No surge pricing, at any hour or on any date.
Gratuity is at your discretion unless a group contract states otherwise. Child seats are available on request at $25 each. Cancellation terms are published in full on the cancellation policy page.
