Golden Class Limo provides chauffeured car, van and bus transportation to UBS Arena at Belmont Park in Elmont, on the Queens and Nassau County line, for Islanders games and the arena's other sporting and corporate events.
We mostly carry groups there: coaches and mini buses for up to 55 riders from $1,635, Mercedes Sprinter vans for 14 from $316, and sedans and SUVs for small parties from $140.
The arena has its own Long Island Rail Road station, but many fans live in Long Island towns or Queens neighbourhoods where the train is not a practical door-to-door option. A booked vehicle collects the group near home and brings everyone back after the game.
JFK is about six miles away. Reserve on the website or ring (718) 360-9383; the phones are answered 24/7, 365 days a year.
Sedans and SUVs for two to six guests, Sprinter vans for a family group or a hockey team, mini buses and motor coaches for a whole club or a company night. Choose a class with the tabs, or quote straight from a card.

UBS Arena has a train station, but its crowd mostly comes from towns and neighbourhoods where the train is not the easy answer.
The arena sits at Belmont Park on the edge of Queens and Nassau County, between Hempstead Turnpike and the Cross Island Parkway. On a game night those roads fill with people arriving from across Long Island and eastern Queens, and the parking areas fill with them.
The Long Island Rail Road station at the arena helps people who live on that line. For a youth team from a South Shore town, a family from Suffolk County or a group of colleagues coming from offices in different places, it is not a practical way to arrive together or get home late.
A chauffeured vehicle handles the whole evening. It collects everyone at one or more pickup points, drops the group at the arena, waits clear of the parking traffic and takes everyone home afterwards, so nobody has to drive or organise lifts.
Tell us the game, the group size and your pickup town, and we will quote the evening in about a minute.
Collection from homes, rinks, schools or offices across Long Island and Queens, not just from one central point.
If the game runs long, the chauffeur waits. The plan follows the end of the game, not a fixed hour.
Flight-tracked pickups from the closest airport, with bags kept safe in the vehicle during the game.
Our own drivers, familiar with Hempstead Turnpike, the Cross Island and the roads around Belmont Park.
Client nights and team outings from Long Island offices invoiced to one company account.
A licensed operator with commercial cover on every sedan, van and coach we dispatch to Elmont.
Most UBS Arena trips we run are for groups, so larger vehicles lead the list. Between two sizes? We will recommend one.
A youth hockey club with coaches and parents, a booster group or a company night, collected from one place and brought back there.
Two or three families from the same town, or a small office team taking a couple of clients to the game.
A few friends from Manhattan or Brooklyn who would rather not drive out to Elmont and back.
A visiting guest coming straight from JFK, or a client you are collecting from a Long Island hotel.
Indicative flat rates. The confirmed fare, including waiting through the game and any extra pickup stops, is set once we know the date and addresses.

Ranges in normal traffic. Evening rush through Queens and the crowd leaving Belmont Park after a game both run longer.

When the game ends, most of the crowd heads for its cars at once. Your group goes to a vehicle that is already outside that traffic.
Before the event, the chauffeur and the group organiser pick a meeting point beyond the busiest parking exits. The vehicle waits there or nearby instead of sitting in a Belmont Park lot that will take a long time to empty.
When the group is out, the organiser sends a message and everyone walks over. Coaches load where a large vehicle is allowed to stop, agreed in advance. Then the drive home starts: east to Nassau and Suffolk, west to Queens, Brooklyn and Manhattan, or back to JFK.
Many UBS Arena bookings come from companies based on Long Island and in Manhattan, arranged by one person for everyone else.
A typical plan starts with a pickup at an office in Garden City, Melville or Midtown late in the afternoon, gets everyone to the arena for the start, holds through the game and returns guests to the office or their own homes. Guests coming from different offices can each have a vehicle timed to meet at the arena.
It is one booking, one contact and one invoice, however many vehicles are involved. For companies that host clients at several games through the season, we keep the arrangements on file so each date is a quick confirmation.
Golden Class Limo is an independent transportation provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or an official supplier to UBS Arena, the New York Islanders or any event organiser.
Distances and times are approximate and vary with traffic. Select a route to price it — we'll fill in the booking form for you.
West along Hempstead Turnpike toward Elmont. Close enough to drive, but a company group from a Garden City office still prefers one vehicle and nobody hunting for a space at Belmont Park.
Price this routeFrom the Route 110 office corridor west toward the city line. A regular corporate booking for client nights, with the return run back out east after the game.
Price this routeOut through Queens toward the Nassau border. The longest of the common runs to Elmont, and one where a late finish makes the ride back to Manhattan worth handing to a chauffeur.
Price this routeEast across southern Queens to Belmont Park. Brooklyn fans who used to follow the team closer to home now book a van for the trip out and back.
Price this routeA short hop from the airport to Elmont. Visiting fans and business guests can land in the afternoon and be at the arena for the evening, with bags kept in the vehicle.
Price this routeEast through Queens to the arena. Slower than JFK, but sometimes the only flight that fits the schedule, and the flight is tracked either way.
Price this routeJFK is minutes from Belmont Park, and one company account can cover every game night you host through the season.
Pickups planned, chauffeur assigned, one flat price for the group.
UBS Arena is at 2400 Hempstead Turnpike in Elmont, on the grounds of Belmont Park just across the Queens border into Nassau County. It opened in 2021, seats about 17,000 for hockey and is the home of the New York Islanders.
It sits beside the Cross Island Parkway and Hempstead Turnpike, a few miles from the Belt Parkway and the Southern State. The Long Island Rail Road serves the site at the Elmont-UBS Arena station, and parking is spread across Belmont Park.
Unlike the Manhattan and Brooklyn arenas, UBS Arena draws much of its crowd from suburbs where nearly everyone drives. On a game night that means Hempstead Turnpike, the Cross Island and the local roads around Belmont Park carry a large share of the audience at the same time.
For a family or a youth hockey club from a Nassau or Suffolk town, a UBS Arena car service turns that into one pickup near home, one drop-off at the arena and one ride back. For a company group, it means guests from Garden City, Melville or Manhattan all arrive together.
JFK is about six miles from the arena, typically 15 to 25 minutes by car, which makes it the easiest airport for visiting fans and business guests. LaGuardia is further, roughly 25 to 45 minutes. Airport pickups are tracked against the flight, so a delay changes the collection time instead of costing you the game.
The Long Island Rail Road stops at Elmont-UBS Arena, which works well if you live near a station on that line. For a group, a family, or anyone coming from a town without a convenient train, a chauffeured vehicle is simpler: we collect near home, drop at the arena and bring everyone back after the event.
Drop-off is as close to the entrance as event-day traffic at Belmont Park allows. For the return, we agree a meeting point outside the busiest parking exits before the game, so the group can walk straight to its vehicle instead of waiting in the lot traffic.
About six miles, usually 15 to 25 minutes by car. That makes JFK the closest airport by a wide margin. LaGuardia is about 25 to 45 minutes away, and Newark Liberty an hour or more across the city.
Yes. A 23-seat mini bus carries most youth teams with coaches and a few parents, and a 55-passenger motor coach fits a whole club. We collect from the rink or a school car park and bring the group back there after the game.
Typically 40 to 70 minutes from Midtown, depending on traffic through Queens. A weeknight start collides with the evening commute, so for a seven o'clock game we usually suggest a Midtown pickup around half past four or five.
Cars can use the Cross Island Parkway to reach the arena, but buses and coaches are routed on roads that allow commercial vehicles, such as Hempstead Turnpike. We plan a coach's route and its loading point before the date, so the group is not surprised on the night.
Yes. Companies in Garden City, Melville and across Nassau and Suffolk book us for client nights and staff outings. We collect from the office, wait through the game and return people to the office or their homes, all on one account.
Busy, because most of the crowd drove. Parking areas at Belmont Park empty onto Hempstead Turnpike and the nearby highways at the same time. With a chauffeur, the vehicle waits away from those exits and collects the group at the meeting point, so you are moving while the lots are still clearing.
Yes. We can run separate cars or vans from different towns and time them to reach Elmont together, or run a single van or bus on a planned route with several stops. After the game the same vehicles take everyone home.
