Golden Class Limo provides chauffeured car, van and bus service across Westchester County: executive sedans and Escalades for commuters, corporate visitors to Purchase and White Plains and airport runs, and Sprinter vans, mini buses and motor coaches for company offsites and client groups.
Midtown Manhattan is typically 45 to 75 minutes from central Westchester, and LaGuardia, the closest of our four airports, about 30 to 50 minutes, with JFK and Newark further and Teterboro reached over the George Washington Bridge.
Cars and vans can be kept by the hour: an executive sedan from $85, an Escalade from $95 and a conference-table Sprinter from $150. Airport transfers are quoted from your exact address.
Every Westchester town is covered, from Yonkers to Bedford, with dispatch 24/7, 365 days a year — book online or call (718) 360-9383.
Most Westchester bookings are one of these six trips, priced before you travel and driven by a chauffeur on our staff.
For the mornings the train does not fit: an early meeting, a day of several addresses or a late dinner in the city, with the car waiting between stops.
Manhattan car serviceVisitors met at the airport and driven to headquarters in Purchase, Harrison or White Plains, with the gate and visitor details on the booking and the car held for the return.
Corporate transportationLaGuardia, JFK, Newark and Teterboro from any Westchester address, with arriving flights tracked so a delay moves the pickup, not the plan.
LaGuardia car servicePickups at Westchester County Airport and runs over the George Washington Bridge to Teterboro, for executives flying private.
Teterboro car serviceA conference-table Sprinter for a deal team, or mini buses and coaches for a company offsite, a client visit or a conference shuttle across the county.
See the vans and busesMet at White Plains, Scarsdale, Rye or Chappaqua after a late train, or taken to the station for an early one, with the train on the booking in case it runs late.
Stations at commuter hour, campus security gates and village centers all need their own plan.
Drop-off lanes at White Plains, Scarsdale and Rye fill at commuter hours. We name the side of the station and the lane, so the car and the passenger find each other quickly.
Headquarters in Purchase and Harrison sit behind security gates with long internal drives. The booking carries the building, the gate and the name the security desk expects.
Courthouses, towers and one-way streets make downtown White Plains slow at midday. Pickups are set at a building entrance or a garage exit rather than the curb.
Scarsdale, Bronxville and Larchmont have compact centers with short-term parking. The chauffeur waits nearby and pulls up as you come out of the shop, the office or the station.
Low overpasses and parkway rules keep buses off the Hutch, the Saw Mill and the Taconic, so coaches travel I-287, I-95 and I-684 on a route set in advance.
Westchester pickups are outside Manhattan's congestion relief zone. It only becomes part of a trip that ends inside the zone in the city, and we confirm that at booking.
Typical times from central Westchester, around White Plains, in ordinary traffic. Southern towns start closer to the city and northern ones further out, so the booking uses your address.

A Scarsdale commuter with an early meeting, or a visiting executive from LaGuardia to Purchase.
A Rye family with luggage for JFK, or three colleagues and their bags for a client trip.
A leadership group heading into Manhattan together for an evening with clients.
A White Plains team on the way to a Midtown client, preparing around the table as they go.
Conference guests between hotels and a campus, or a department outing, in mini buses seating 23, 29, 32 and 38.
A company-wide offsite, in a 40-passenger charter bus or a 55-passenger motor coach.
Send the dates, the campus and the headcount. We will plan every vehicle and pickup on one booking.
Station villages, a county seat and a corporate campus hamlet, each with its own kind of pickup. The rest of the county is covered too.
Tudor-style houses on winding, tree-lined streets and a compact village center around the Harlem Line station. Early airport runs and Manhattan meetings start at the front door, well before the first express train.
The county seat: courthouses, downtown office towers, hotels and a busy Metro-North station, with I-287 running through it. The natural hub for corporate visitors and a short hop to Westchester County Airport.
A small city on Long Island Sound with a New Haven Line station, historic houses near the water and quick access to I-95 and I-287. A good starting point for both Manhattan and the Connecticut corporate towns.
A square-mile village of Tudor apartment buildings, shops and a Harlem Line station, just north of the city line. The closest of these towns to Manhattan, and one of the quickest to LaGuardia.
A wooded hamlet in northern Westchester with larger lots, long driveways and a Harlem Line station. Further from the airports, so pickups are planned around the Saw Mill and the Taconic.
A town of residential neighborhoods and corporate office parks along Westchester Avenue and I-287, with a New Haven Line station. Much of its weekday traffic is visitors heading to a headquarters or a client meeting.
A shoreline village of shingled houses and a lively Boston Post Road, with the New Haven Line and I-95 close by. Pickups are usually at the house or the station, timed around the train commuters.
Corporate headquarters campuses and two colleges set among open land beside Westchester County Airport. Visitor pickups mean a security gate, a badge and a long campus drive to the right building.
Westchester County is built around three Metro-North lines — the Hudson, the Harlem and the New Haven — and most of its towns grew up around a station. Scarsdale, Bronxville and Chappaqua sit on the Harlem Line; Rye, Harrison and Larchmont on the New Haven Line. For a daily trip to Grand Central the train is hard to beat.
But the county is also a business destination in its own right. White Plains is the county seat, with courthouses, office towers and hotels, and the office parks along I-287 and Westchester Avenue, together with the corporate headquarters campuses in Purchase, draw visitors from the airports and from Manhattan every weekday. Those visitors, and the executives who host them, are much of what a Westchester car service carries.
The car earns its place on the trips Metro-North does not serve well. An early flight from LaGuardia means leaving before the first useful train; a day of meetings across Manhattan means four stops, not one station; a late dinner in the city means the last train home. Door to door, Midtown is typically 45 to 75 minutes from central Westchester by the Hutchinson River Parkway or the Major Deegan, and the chauffeur waits between stops when the car is booked by the hour.
Luggage, family and colleagues change the arithmetic too. Four people with suitcases heading to JFK are better served by one Escalade than by a train, a subway and a terminal train, and a visiting executive landing at LaGuardia reaches a Purchase headquarters without anyone arranging a transfer at the station.
Westchester's group trips are mostly corporate. A department heads from a White Plains office to a client or an offsite in a 14-passenger Mercedes Sprinter; a deal team uses the 14-seat conference-table Sprinter so the meeting continues between Purchase and Midtown; and a company brings visiting clients from the airport to a headquarters and on to dinner in one vehicle.
For larger groups there are mini buses seating 23, 29, 32 and 38, a 40-passenger charter bus and a 55-passenger motor coach, for a company-wide offsite, a conference shuttle or a team outing to a game in the city, with several vehicles running on one booking when the headcount needs it.
Buses route differently here. The Hutchinson River, Saw Mill River, Bronx River, Sprain Brook and Taconic parkways are closed to buses and commercial vehicles and have low bridges, so a mini bus or coach uses I-287, I-95, I-684 or the Major Deegan instead, with the route and campus loading point agreed before the day.
Cars use the parkways that make Westchester quick to cross: the Hutchinson River north toward Connecticut, the Saw Mill and the Taconic up the middle of the county. I-287 runs east to west through White Plains to the Mario M. Cuomo Bridge, I-95 follows the Sound, and the Major Deegan heads south into the Bronx. LaGuardia is the closest of our four airports at about 30 to 50 minutes; Teterboro is 40 to 65 minutes over the George Washington Bridge; JFK and Newark are longer runs.
Westchester pickups are outside Manhattan's congestion relief zone. A trip only picks up that charge if its drop-off is inside the zone, which we check and confirm when the trip is booked.
LaGuardia, JFK, Newark and Teterboro each have their own page, and so do Manhattan and our corporate service.
From central Westchester it is roughly 25 miles and typically 45 to 75 minutes door to door, by the Hutchinson River Parkway or the Major Deegan Expressway. Northern towns like Chappaqua add time, and the weekday rush into the city can push it past the top of that range.
For a single commuter going to Grand Central at rush hour, Metro-North is usually quicker and cheaper, and we say so. A car is the better choice for an early flight, a day of meetings at several addresses, a late return after the trains thin out, a family with luggage, or a visitor who needs to reach a campus rather than a station.
Of the four major airports we serve, LaGuardia is the closest, typically 30 to 50 minutes from White Plains. Teterboro, for private aviation, is 40 to 65 minutes; JFK is 45 to 75 minutes and Newark 60 to 95 minutes. Westchester County Airport, a few minutes from White Plains and Purchase, handles regional and private flights.
Yes, and it is one of the most common Westchester bookings. The chauffeur tracks the flight, meets the visitor on arrival and drives straight to the campus, with the building, the gate and any visitor-registration details on the booking. The car can wait and take the visitor back to the airport or on to Manhattan afterwards.
Yes. Westchester County Airport handles regional airline and private flights, and a pickup there is booked like any address, with the flight on the booking so the chauffeur is waiting when you land. From there it is a short drive to White Plains, Purchase or Rye, or on to Manhattan.
By the hour, an executive sedan is $85 with a 2-hour minimum, a Cadillac Escalade ESV $95, a 14-passenger Sprinter $110 and the conference-table Sprinter $150 with a 3-hour minimum. Airport transfers and one-way trips from Westchester are quoted from your exact address when you book.
No. Westchester's parkways, including the Hutchinson River, the Saw Mill River, the Bronx River and the Taconic, are closed to buses and commercial vehicles and have low overpasses. A mini bus or motor coach uses I-287, I-95, I-684 or the Major Deegan Expressway, planned before the day.
Yes. A 14-passenger Sprinter carries a whole team, and the conference-table version seats 14 facing each other so the meeting can be prepared on the way. Booked by the hour, the van stays with the team between meetings and brings everyone back to Westchester at the end of the day.
All of them. That includes Scarsdale, White Plains, Rye, Bronxville, Chappaqua, Harrison, Larchmont and Purchase, along with Yonkers, New Rochelle, Mamaroneck, Tarrytown, Armonk, Mount Kisco, Bedford and Katonah.
No. Every Westchester pickup is outside Manhattan's congestion relief zone, so trips within the county, and to the airports, are not affected. Only a drop-off inside the zone in Manhattan can bring the charge into a trip, and that is confirmed on the booking.
