Booking

How do I book a ride?

Book online in under a minute using the quote widget, or call dispatch at (718) 360-9383. Enter the pick-up, the drop-off and the time, and the price you are shown is the price you pay. You do not need an account.

How far in advance should I book?

Same-day is usually fine for a sedan or an SUV. Vans and buses should be booked as early as the date is known, because there are fewer of them and they go first around holidays, graduations and event weekends. A coach booked a week out is a very different conversation from one booked the morning of.

Do you operate 24 hours?

Yes. Dispatch runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including holidays. Late-night and pre-dawn airport runs are ordinary work for us, not an exception.

When is my card charged?

Nothing is charged when you book online. Your card is charged for the reservation 24 to 48 hours before pickup; a trip booked less than a day ahead is charged when you book. Any additional time or stops are charged after your trip, and we email you a receipt for each charge.

Can I change or cancel a booking?

Yes. Cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up for a sedan or SUV, 48 hours for a Sprinter van or the Cargo Van, or 72 hours for a mini bus, the 40-passenger bus or a motor coach, and there is no charge. Inside that window, a cancellation is charged the full fare, because the vehicle and chauffeur are already committed. Changes to time or address are usually free — call dispatch and we will move it.

Service area

Where do you operate?

All five boroughs of New York City, Long Island and the Hamptons, Westchester, and northern New Jersey and Connecticut. We are based in Long Island City, Queens.

Which airports do you serve?

JFK, LaGuardia, Newark Liberty and Teterboro, for both arrivals and departures. Each has its own page with routes, typical drive times and flat rates.

Do you handle trips between airports, or airport to venue?

Yes, both are common. A group can fly into one airport and out of another on a single reservation, and airport-to-stadium transfers are a regular booking for visiting groups.

Airports and flights

Do you track my flight?

Yes, on every airport transfer, at no extra cost. Your chauffeur monitors the inbound flight and shifts the pick-up automatically, so landing early or late does not cost you the car or add a fee.

How much wait time is included?

Airport pick-ups include complimentary wait time — 30 minutes after landing on a domestic arrival and 60 on an international one, timed from wheels-down rather than the scheduled time. Everywhere else, 15 minutes is included.

Do you offer meet-and-greet inside the terminal?

Yes, on request when you book. Your chauffeur meets you inside with a name board and helps with bags. Otherwise the default is a kerbside pick-up at a meeting point your chauffeur confirms once your gate is assigned.

Vehicles

What vehicles do you run, and how many people fit?

Executive sedans for up to 3, luxury SUVs for up to 6, Mercedes Sprinter vans for up to 14, mini buses from 23 seats, and motor coaches up to 55. The whole fleet is black and owned by us, not brokered.

How much luggage can each vehicle take?

A sedan takes about 3 bags and an SUV about 5. Sprinter vans carry 14 with dedicated cargo room behind the last row, and a Cargo Sprinter can run alongside a passenger van when a group travels unusually heavy. Tell us the luggage volume when you book — on group trips it is often what decides the vehicle.

Do the vehicles have Wi-Fi?

Wi-Fi is included on every passenger Sprinter van transfer. Our sedans and SUVs do not carry it; they have Bluetooth, USB charging and premium audio.

Can you provide child seats?

Yes, on request when you book. Tell us the number of children and their ages so the right seat is fitted before the vehicle leaves, and allow a little notice — a seat cannot be added at the kerb.

Pricing and payment

How does your pricing work?

Airport transfers and common routes are quoted as flat rates with tolls and standard fees included. Anything open-ended — a day of meetings, an event, an as-directed booking — is quoted hourly against a minimum. The quote you accept is the amount you pay; there is no surge pricing at any hour.

Are tolls and fees included?

Yes. Tolls and standard fees are inside the quoted flat rate, including the Hudson crossings on a New Jersey trip. Nothing is added at the end of the journey. Gratuity is at your discretion unless a group contract states otherwise.

How do I pay?

Major credit and debit cards. Corporate accounts can be invoiced centrally rather than paying car by car, which is how most recurring and group work is handled — ask dispatch to set one up.

Do you offer corporate accounts?

Yes. Centralised billing, consistent chauffeurs, and standing arrangements for recurring travel. It is worth setting up if you book more than occasionally.

Groups and events

Do you handle group and event transportation?

Yes, and it is a large share of what we do. Corporate outings, conference arrivals, weddings, stadium and venue events. One vehicle keeps the party together and turns a dozen separate arrivals into a single drop-off.

What is the largest group you can move?

A single motor coach seats up to 55. Above that we run more than one vehicle on the same booking, arriving together, so a party of a hundred and fifty is still one reservation and one point of contact.

How does pickup work after an event?

It is agreed in advance rather than improvised. We set a meeting point and a time window with the organiser before the date, and the chauffeur stages away from the exit queues so the group leaves when it is ready rather than sitting in traffic from the final whistle.
