How it works

Discretion, step by step.

No special package: this is how a VIP booking is set up from the first call.

A booking under any name

The principal's, an assistant's, or a code name agreed on the first call. Confirmations go to whoever runs the schedule.

One dispatcher, one itinerary

One dispatcher keeps the full plan. Each chauffeur is given their own legs only.

Entrances requested in advance

Garage entries and loading docks are requested from the hotel or venue before the day and written into the chauffeur's brief.

Black cars, chosen to blend in

The S550 and the Escalade ESV are both black, like most chauffeured cars on a Midtown block.

Nothing published

No photographs of clients, no social posts about a pickup, and no passenger names used to sell the service.

Where the day happens

Airfields, hotels, premieres and everything between.

One sedan to a fitting or four vehicles across a press day, the same process.

Teterboro and private aviation

Met at the FBO handling the aircraft; any ramp access is the FBO's call, confirmed with their desk first.

Teterboro car service

JFK, LaGuardia and Newark

Flights are tracked. Meet-and-greet uses the name you choose; a kerbside pickup keeps the arrivals hall out of it.

JFK car service

Hotel arrivals and departures

The entrance is agreed with the hotel ahead of check-in, and the chauffeur waits there rather than under the front canopy.

Premieres, screenings and press days

Drop-off timed to the publicist's run of show; the car then holds nearby where the street allows and returns on a call.

A day of appointments

Fittings, interviews and meetings on an hourly booking: one car and chauffeur held for the block while the stops change.

Hourly chauffeur service

The entourage, wardrobe and luggage

An Escalade for the principal, a Sprinter for the team, and a Cargo Sprinter when wardrobe cases and kit outgrow the cabins.

Sprinter van service
The fleet

The four vehicles VIP bookings lean on.

The S550 for a solo arrival, the Escalade ESV for up to six, the 7-seat Jet Sprinter when space matters, and the Luxury Sprinter's table for a team working between stops.

Showing 3 of 13 vehicles.

Planning a discreet movement?

Give dispatch the day and the name to book under; we confirm doors, vehicles and timings in writing.

In depth

What discreet actually means on a booking

The name on the reservation

Most of what leaks about a public person's movements leaks from paperwork: a confirmation forwarded too widely, a name sign held up in an arrivals hall, a driver told more than the job required. So the first decision is whose name goes on the booking: the principal's, an assistant's or tour manager's, or a code name agreed with us.

Need to know, applied to the chauffeur

The chauffeur gets what the leg needs and no more: pickup point, door, times, passengers and bags, and the one contact who speaks for the group. The full itinerary sits with a single dispatcher. When a press junket overruns or a fitting moves forward, the assistant calls one number, the dispatcher re-plans, and each chauffeur is given new times without being told why.

Doors, not kerbs

A hotel's front entrance and a premiere's arrivals line are where a car is most likely to be photographed. Many Manhattan hotels and venues have another way in, such as a garage or a loading dock, and will often arrange it for a guest who asks ahead. We make that request, confirm in writing what the building agrees to, and tell you beforehand if a venue's event-night rules fix the lane or the time instead.

Good to know

VIP transportation questions, answered.

Can a booking be made under a different name?

Yes. A reservation can carry a code name, or an assistant's, agent's or tour manager's details instead of the passenger's. That name is used on the confirmation, the chauffeur's job sheet and any meet-and-greet sign.

Do you provide security or bodyguards?

No. We provide chauffeured transportation, not close protection. If a principal travels with their own security, tell us how many and where they sit, and we size the vehicles and agree pickup points with their lead.

Can the car use a hotel's side entrance or a venue's loading dock?

Often, if the building agrees. We ask the hotel or venue team ahead of the day, confirm what they allow in writing, and brief the chauffeur on that entrance.

Do you meet private flights at Teterboro?

Yes. The chauffeur meets you at the FBO handling the aircraft, and dispatch follows the flight rather than a timetable. Whether a car may drive out to the aircraft is the FBO's decision, so we confirm it with their desk first.

How do last-minute changes work?

Call dispatch on (718) 360-9383, answered 24/7. The dispatcher holding your itinerary re-plans the cars and sends each chauffeur the new times. For a day of many stops, an hourly booking keeps the car with you while the plan moves.

VIP transportation at a glance

Celebrity and VIP transportation is a chauffeured sedan, SUV or Sprinter booked ahead for a public figure, talent on a press day or an executive, with who is riding known only to the people who need to know.

Discretion is how the booking is handled, not a feature of the car: a code name or an assistant's details on the reservation, a chauffeur told the pickup, door and times and nothing more, and side entrances requested from the hotel or venue in advance.

We don't publicise who rides with us, and one dispatcher holds the whole itinerary.

VIP work usually runs in the Mercedes S550, Escalade ESV, Jet Sprinter or Luxury Sprinter. Teterboro sedans start from $235 all-inclusive; dispatch is on (718) 360-9383, 24/7, 365 days a year.
